Come over on Saturday, October 15th @ 4pm at the Scout House (50 Houze Way, Roswell, GA 30076). Do you just love the Fall? Looking forward to the festivals, pumpkins and fun? WE ARE! That’s why we are inviting Pack 985 scouts and their parents, guardians and friends to come to our Punkin Chunkin Event!

Each scout brings their own small pumpkin (ie: pie pumpkin) to catapult from our homemade “launcher”. Yep - Ready! Aim! Fire! Each Den takes a turn chunkin’ their punkins’. Recognizing the Den & Scout for most distance and if they can hit targets. Siblings are welcome.

Agenda:

• 4pm - Flag Ceremony (Class A Uniforms for this part of the event)

• -change into the *new* Class B shirt that will be distributed

• 4:15pm - Pack Meeting (announcements and logistics)

• 4:30pm - Scout Fun & Activities (each Den rotates to stations around the Scout House)

  • Punkin’ Sling Shot (each Scout brings small pumpkin to fire)

  • Human Foosball Table (You’ll have to see it to believe it)

  • Punkin‘ Bowling (ONE… BOO...THREE...STRIKE!!!!)

  • Craft Table (Should be Spooktacular!)

  • Witches Brew! (Scary Sweet concoction!)

• 6:30pm - Pizza (Enough for scouts and family)

• 7pm - Campfire (Include stories, jokes and skits)

Park at the Scout House off Houze Way. Adults, bring your chairs, coats and blankets. Please RSVP in Scoutbook so we can have a count for Pizza.
